With a weight capacity of 800 pounds, the heavy-duty, ultra-convenient rack holds your gear up over the height of the cab, providing maximum front-to-back clearance, while leaving the bed itself empty for storing other items.
Fits Most Pick-Up Trucks
Equipped with adjustable crossbars, the Erickson 07705 system accommodates most pick-up trucks, including full and short beds, plus it offers convenient compatibility with bed liners.
Fully assembled, the Erickson 07705 rack measures 66.4 by 12.6 by 34 inches (LxWxH). The triangular cross bar measures 3-1/4 by 1-1/2 inches (WxH), and the width in between the sliding clamps measures about 40 inches.
ADJUSTABLE LOAD STOPS
Confidently secure your cargo with the rack’s fully adjustable load stops. Simply slide the triangular load stop into the mounting sleeve, tighten with M8 x 40 bolts and M8 lock nuts, and then repeat until all four triangular stops are assembled.
To reposition the load stops, loosen the load-stop bolts, slide the load stop mounting sleeve along the cross bar to the desired position, and then tighten the bolts to secure.
CLAMP-ON INSTALLATION
- The Erickson 07705 truck-bed rack installs easily thanks to its clamp-on design-tools are required, but no drilling needed.
Tighten Post A and assembled cross bar (M10 x 25 bolts, 10 spring washers, 10 washers, and M10 locking nuts). Repeat for Post B.
Next, position one of the racks on your truck bed, place the J-shaped clamp underneath, and tighten (12 washers, 12 spring washers, and M12 nuts). Repeat for the other three posts and clamps.
